December 2024 – January 2025, Motorworld Munich

A year ago, I started working with visuals, and Pauline and I were just imagin about connecting this with yoga. The image we had in mind was so full of colors and vividness, but we never could have imagined that it would turn out like this! Pauline created the concept of the flow, based on the five elements, and I worked on visualizing these energies in a 360-degree installation to create an immersive light bath.

It is a reminder that we have all these elements within us: the earth that grounds us deep down to the roots, the water that keeps us soft and vulnerable and flowing, the fire that reminds us of our strength and power, and the air that keeps us light and free and connected to our breath and to the ethereal that reminds us of our intuition and divine receptivity.

To support this immersive experience @vonwiesenthalprovided us with essential oils specifically crafted to align with the five elements. This created a truly soothing atmosphere. 🥹

The biggest thanks go to the entire team of @yoga.nebenan to all the wonderful teachers who brought their own unique touch to the flow and to everyone who joined the classes! This whole experience could only become alive and full because of you. You all completed the circle by immersing yourselves in this experience. 🤍

Creating this was only possible thanks to the expertise I gained from last summers masterclass at @thenodeinstitute, hosted by the one and only @mxzehn. Months of learning how to build an immersive show from scratch gave me the foundation. Without it, I wouldn’t have been able to do this. 🤍
