Christina Gerg is a multimedia artist based in Munich, working across photography, graphic design, video installations and new media art. As a digital poet and experience artist, she weaves meaning and visual elements into immersive narratives, blending ancient wisdom with futuristic visions.

Gerg grew up in the depth of Bavaria, at the foot of the alps, in a traditional farm, surrounded by the woods. Since she was a child, nature has been her biggest source of inspiration and teacher, such as the communication between the unseen, between the rivers, the trees, the fields, the animals, the flowers, the plants. She understood in her young age, language is not a matter of words. Coincidentally enough, partially deaf since birth, the disability shaped her sensitive understanding of communication and observing, trusting the intuition and developing the abilities that came along the way. Inspired and fascinated by the interplay of light and shadow and the duality within these spectrums, trying to observe from shifting perspectives, drawing closer to questions of metaphysics, the prism of mysticism, the beauty of simplicity, human connection, softness and vulnerability.

Gergs creative process is guided by an intuitive approach, immersing herself in the flow of creation. As an observer, she channels energies that unfold through the process. By blending analog and digital techniques, including traditional photography and experimental tools like TouchDesigner, she creates artworks that challenge conventional boundaries while collaborating with a diverse network of artists.

Gerg graduated in 2018 with a Diploma in photography and graphic design.
