A Love Letter to Mother Earth, September 2023
This work was created from shapes and structures found in untouched mountain landscapes, interacting with sunlight, shadows, wind, and a crystal-clear river. The piece reflects a deep personal connection to nature, capturing its wildness, softness, and the sense of freedom it inspires. Standing among massive rocks, one experiences humility, presence, and timelessness, qualities that became the guiding essence of this artwork.
The 30-minute loop video installation was presented as part of the exhibition Nachhaltigkeit Experimentieren at Kopfbau in Riem, Munich. It translates the ever-changing, untouched beauty of these landscapes into a visual experience that evokes stillness, reflection, and reverence for the living, divine essence of nature.
This artwork was part of the exhibition hosted by @prosecci.kollektiv, called “Nachhaltigkeit Experimentieren” at Kopfbau in Riem, Munich. It was such a good time! 🤍
